Why do you have to study the teacher’s
learning objectives prior to developing an assessment tool?
Because learning objectives are the basis if the learners meet the required criteria. It is a procedure that is necessary to develop proper learning process. It is the guide for teachers to improve instruction.

As a future educator, we are not only teach our students on how to write,to read,to solve mathematics/arithmetic equations and problems but also we know how to promote peace to our classroom by respecting our students, provides fairness and opportunity to learn regardless of their gender,race,religion,status,etc.As a future teacher also, we need to become model to our student .
